The on-site manager in this building is horrible. She is unstable and helps people according to her mood swings. She yells at people for doing anything that is not by her strange and made up rules. She sits in her room and spies on people and comes out to make her remarks if something doesn't make her happy. She is not proffesional and will ignore your requests if she does not like you. Although the management knows all this, they still keep her, resulting in loosing more and more tenenats. Do your self a big favor and DON'T come here if FLORENCE is still working here!
