Don't Live here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Florance the property manager is perfectly descibed in the previous comment. She is aweful. She has mood swings every other minute. She's constantly gets on your ass when moving in and walks the halls and tells you that your music, tv or whatever is too loud, even when nothings on. She sits in the workout room with the lights off as she spys on people when they are coming and going. When you call the management company, they never return your calls and don't give a ---- about you once you move in. On top of all this, the management company has the BALLS to send a letter to everyone in the building saying we should tip her for christmas. WHAT TYPE OF MANAGEMENT COMPANY TELLS YOU TO TIP THE MANAGEMENT. They also base rents off how good looking you are.
