Great location, nice apartments. New owners came in 2001 and remodeled much of the building and apartments.

However, horrible service!!!!! The management does not care whatsoever about getting things done efficiently. They take the easy way out in every instance. The maintenance is sloppy. They smoke in your apartment, eat your food, and drink out of your glasses. All true---this happened to me and no, I never received an explanation or an apology!!!

It took me over a month for someone to spray for bugs with me calling EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!

I have complained about my toilet not flushing properly for almost a year.

TAKE MY ADVICE AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! IT IS NOT WORTH DEALING WITH THE LACKADAISICAL ATTITUDE OF THE MANAGEMENT!
