I disagree with the previous comments. My roommate and I have lived here for many years now, and during that time Florence has always been conscientious, helpful, and polite. She is always "on call," and her presence has made this building the safest we've ever lived in. She is one of the reasons why we've stayed here so long. If she were to leave, so would we.

We were astonished to read the reviews below. We suspect that they were written by people with a grudge against our building and its manager. There have been a few rude and disruptive tenants in our building over the years, and Florence has worked hard to stop them from breaking the rules of common decency. Such people shouldn't get to have the last word!
