I lived in apartment 611. There WAS an apartment 701 (the only one up there). Apartment 701 was right above me. They took out the apartment and built this huge cellular communications room where apt 701 use to be (the huge cellular tower is on the rooftop). So basically, I went from having an apartment above my head to having a HUGE cellular tower above my head. I had this huge loud annoying tower (it turned and moved loud and screetchy) above my head, the radiation from the cellular tower (health issues could arise), so I decided to move out. The cockroaches apeared during the summer time and disappeared during the winter months but YES THERE ARE COCKROACHES even in 2006!

AND YES there IS a huge cellular tower (for Verizon Wireless) on top of the building now so if you end up with cancer or mysterious tumors...there you go.
