Old Building, Good Location From: basseight@yahoo.com Date posted: 3/12/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   The location is prime. That is what attracted me the most. The building is so old and there isn't concrete between floors. So, if you don't live on the top floor, you may hear the people above you creeking around. Also, there is no "garden area", just a (covered) parking garage so that too can be quite noisy. The management is decent. They make a lot of decisions without contacting the residents but their maintenance is pretty good. All in all, it's a decent value given the location, but beware if you're looking for something very quiet.
