I haved lived here for 2 years and just renew another one year lease because i couldn't find a better place to live in gold coast. Although this apartment is a bit farther from downtown but there's are many express bus to downtown and it's less than a block. The maintenance guys here are very friendly, clean, and responsive. I live in a studio with lots of closet space. Very high ceilling. I found the apartment very quiet and the neighbourhood is really safe.
The only bad thing is they don't have parking available. However, it's not so bad to find street parking around here.
This apartment only allows cat.
