New owners have no respect From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/26/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   ICM Properties Inc. recently purchased this property and their business practices can only be characterized by such phrases as: disrespectful, unethical and felonious. If youre the type of individual who doesnt mind being treated like a dog by your landlord, you should love this building. They will invade your privacy, arrogantly conduct themselves in the most unprofessional manner imaginable and use every means to intimidate you into paying your rent. If youre a person with even an ounce of self-respect, dont consider doing business with this company. Also please take note that they have started to lease apartments in the building to the most undesirable types of persons and it is not unusual to see persons resembling drug dealers and thugs present in the hallways and lobby. The noise level in the building has skyrocketed and the facilities are already showing signs of the abuse. It is unfortunate, because the previous owners maintained the building in good condition and were quite friendly.
