Whatever was going on with the other two posters was definitely a scam. This building is owned by Beale Properties and the managers name is Ross. Him or his son are the only ones I know of that show apartments here. I really enjoyed my time here, the location is AMAZING (short walk to boystown, awesome shopping all around, 4 blocks to lake), I almost never hear a neighbor except when they are in the hallway, very dog friendly, crazy huge kitchen, new hardwood floors, two large closet spaces. My only complaint is the washers and dryers aren't very quality so I go to the laundromat. No biggie for me although I'm fairly laid back. Oh, and parking is a frakin' nightmare. But that goes for almost every building in this area. It's worth it for the location. The only reason I'm leaving is because I'm relocating to Austin, Texas. Overall, totally satisfied.
