I lived in this apartment for a year and a half, and dreaded every minute of it. Parking was 150 bucks a month, definitely not worth it since you can find parking at the other buildings for much, much less (80 bucks), and you'll need it because parking is almost impossible to find on the street. Electricity is paid for, but once you find out that it goes off practically every week and the maintenance guy that is always, for some reason, in Indiana has to come back and turn it on, you will be begging to pay for it yourself. You don't have access to your own fuse box, only he does. Prices, $650 (for a studio no less) and when I left, raising it to $675 are definitely not worth it for that far North (at Bryn Mawr). You can get cheaper and larger apartments way south of there. When we'd see people moving out, we'd quip to them that "They're sentence was up." The walls are very thin, and it's not carpeted, so you'll be hearing the footsteps of everyone above you. Management, run by a very unprofessional brother, sister combo, is very rude to tenants. Look at the 762 W Bittersweet apartment, they own both of them. CAVEAT EMPTOR!
