Awful From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/20/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Loved the location and lakeviews. Management is great until they have to handle a problem. Parking non-existent if you don't rent space in the garage, which is well over $100/month on top of the rising rents. Also, if you like roaches, you'll love it here.
