Not bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I've never seen the roaches these other people talk about. I think the staff is friendly, and living here, you really don't NEED a car, because the El is so close. The elevators have all been fixed. Also, if you LOOK at the apartment before you rent, you know the size of the kitchens. The kitchen suits my needs at any rate. I would recommend the place, keeping in mind that you do get what you pay for.
