I think this is the cabrini green of the neighborhood.This was the worst experience I have ever had with apt rentals.I was totally unprepaired for the rudeness of management,they were very tacky from the beginning of my lease till the end.Anyone that tells you otherwise is lying or on drugs, I was always on a list and repairs were never done.All of the comments by others are true,and I am warning people to ask the neighbors from the bldgs on either sides,a lot of people have fled from 5630 N Sheridan to the bldgs on the corners.I was told after I fled that the owners of the property wants them to treat tenants that way.
Just so you know I am what my current landlord terms an ideal tenents,rent on time ,pleasant demeanor,quite and clean.Trust me the devil is at 5630 N Sheridan.

This person is totally wrong, I have nothing but a great experience. I have been here since 8/2007 and enjoy living there.
