I love this building. The assessement is decent, it isn't dirt cheap but it's not bad. The building has a nice vintage 60's quality, that will only improve with time. The building itself isn't anything fantatic, but the value here is what sold me. The units are very affordable, buy now if you can! I did, and I'm very glad I did.

Parking is good. It's mostly valet, it's sort of expensive ($135/month) so that does add up, but parking in the area is a complete disaster, so it's worth it if you own a car.

You mean they finally got an office manager and a condo board that isn't running things into the ground. Do they still have the heat turned on and off in the entire building at whim even if it is 32 degrees outside because the people on the south side of the building are hot? Does it still take over a week minimum to fix any problems when you call maintenance? Sorry, much happier in my 900 sq foot apartment with my own washer and dryer and satellite TV and free parking which costs less.

I live in 5757 and love this building. Snarky, i am not sure if you are aware of new management in the building, which makes everything fixed in matter of hours. I have no issue with heat neither with AC unit. And yes, there is a fee for parking, but this is a luxury of living virtually on the lake beach. Best building, best location, and cable TV which comes as nice bonus. :) -James
