I loved this apartment. I moved because I'm sensitive to noise, and since this is a first floor apartment facing Sheridan Rd., there was a little more noise than I could handle. Otherwise, I would have stayed there forever. Excellent water pressure, excellent wiring, a larger than usual bathroom, and the most wonderful privacy - you do not get privacy like that very often in any apartment complex.

The landlady was extremely decent to me and installed an outdoor light at my request - how often do you find a landlord or landlady who would do that for you. The building manager is one of the sweetest people I've met in Chicago, and an absolute angel. She will accept packages, help you move boxes or furniture, help you install window treatments - anything you need done, she and her husband will do for you. There is a special place in heaven for the wonderful people who own and manage this building. So, if you aren't particularly sensitive to street noise, I would very highly recommend this unit, and the wonderful landlady and angel of a building manager.
