HORRIBLE management (applies to ALL buildings) From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/29/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Planned Property management is just another one of those money making machines that doesn't care about their tenants or their buildings. I never received help when things were broken (including my heat). BEWARE: They were VERY nice when they were showing me apartments, even promising to fix everything that was obviously wrong. Once they had my security deposit, though, everything changed. They even added money to my check without telling me! Right before I moved out, they were showing my apartment when I wasn't home (which is understandable) but they left a lot of lights on (and I pay for my own electricity) and were not courteous AT ALL. They never called before they came and one time walking in on me and my boyfriend making love. BASICALLY beware. There are SO many better places in this city, at such better prices. Take my advice, look elsewhere.
