The actual reason this girl is stating that I am a "ticking time bomb" is that when she arrived 25 minutes late for a showing appt. I was just about to leave. I said to her, "I was just about to leave, I wish you would have called." When I made the appt. with her, I informed her that I had another appt. elsewhere right after this one and if running late, please call." She huffed off as I was about to show her the building sundeck. and did not view the apartment. This is a terrible abuse of the internet when people make such unfounded statements about someone.
