I lived in this building for a year and I loved every minute of it, especially the size of the apartment and the cost. But it seems as if things have gone downhill since then.

Banner Property Management was an ok company, but at least we had a good superintendent (Vio). But if the management has changed to Wilmette Realty then run away from this building as fast as you can. Wilmette is one of the worst management companies in Chicago. So I wouldn't be surprised that x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
