Bill Covaci is the owner. This building is unsafe. When you walk into the main hall (to get to apt 6347 N magnolia), you will smell marijuana,heroin or cocaine smoke. The people walking in and out of the building look like convicts. You can't even put a fan in your window and just enjoy the cool breezes from the lake because you are smelling the drugs (marijuana and whatever else). It's nauseating and it pisses me off!

YOU MAY THINK IT'S CHEAP SO 'What the hell' BUT DON'T MOVE HERE!!!! PLEASE DONT.

John the building engineer does not know how to fix anything.

The apartment building is infested with mice (on my side of the building because the other side of the courtyard is newer). I've had to lay down traps to kill them. Then I'm the one left picking them up!

The NOISE. I can hear my big fat neighbor blowing his nose (from upstairs). I can hear people next door having sex. I can hear my neighbor's phone conversations. My fat neighbor BLASTS his television so I had to hook my stereo speakers up to my tv set so that I can hear what I'm watching.

Holes in every corner of the apartment (where the rats come in). The tiny stove DOES NOT even work. It's goes from zero degrees to burnt food in 1 minute. The electrical wiring in the building ..... i hope the building doesnt burn down. The mice are probably eating the wiring like the ate my shirts.

Just keep walking...go further south and west of here...like Albany Park, Wicker Park, Lincoln Park, Lakeview...pay the high ass rent because you surely get what you pay for at 6347 N. Magnolia .
