I loved it! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/25/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   This building not only has a greatlocation, but is well kept and secure. You are located just steps from the beach, Michigan Avenue, and the restaurants and shops of Rush St, but don't pay the high prices typical of Lakeshore Drive. The parking is reasonably priced for the area ($180) and the pool, fitness room, and storage are provided free of charge. Cable is provided for only $14/month, and it includes a few premium channels as well. The floor to ceiling windows are fantastic as well! Heat and a/c are individually controlled, so you aren't subjected to the decision of management, but costs aren't overwhelming (in the worst days of winter, the bill was $85). Plus, the building staff, including maintenance, is very attentive and responsive to any needs. I'd highly recommend the building -- I wish I could have stayed longer!
