It's ok if you don't mind 2 inches of water in the laundry room

I have lived here to 2 years and overall find it to be mostly enjoyable. The major downside is the laundry room as you will end up in 2 inches of water unless you time out the washing machines just right...if not, it's flooded.
The on-site engineer lives there and is EXTREMELY rude when you door/key/lock do not work. I am still waiting on repairs after a year and granted I could continue to cal about them but fear the wrath of the building manager/engineer.
I would try to find another building with similar sizes
