700 Bittersweet Condominium

Are these people joking with their comments' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Crime endemic' Ok drama... One shady owner did rent his unit to undesirables but that situation has been taken care of the the said person has beeen asked to moved and did so. And the old people in the building complain about a little bit of noise and what have you in the building, but they fail to realize that the loud young people that have bought in the building are the reason why the property values have gone up so much. In a nutshell, you get what you pay for. The assesments are not that bad and include everyting, heat ac, unlimited electric use, cable, water. The building is kind of 70's looking but the units are very inexpensive for the location.
