7300 Venture Apts. is convieniently located on the corner of 73rd and South Shore Drive. I 've been a resident since 2006 and I love this place. The management staff is always willing to assist you with any problem you may have. There is a convienience store located in the building for any extra or emergency items you may need. The maintenance engineer Rick is always a delight and belive it or not answers his phone or returns your call at any time. My apartment in particular has a lovely view of Downtown Chicago and Lake Michigan, My kitchen is totally remodeled with Italian Cabinetry and Stainless Steel hardware the flooring is a dark ceramic tile that blends in with any decor. Throughout the rest of the apartment is the original hardwood flooring from when the building was built but is has been well maitained and varnished to keep it glossy. I could go on and on about my place of residency but I have to give the other tenants a chance to comment as well.
