Office staff is incredibly rude and treats everyone like low-lives, one of the women in the office is particularly nasty, and she's usually the one that everyone has to deal with, no need to mention names, anyone that lives in Lee street apartment know who I'm talking about. They are also very nosy. Rent is very expensive considering you get almost nothing for it. Maintenance forget about it, apartment is full of mold and bugs,Parking is TERRIBLE.
Over all it is the worse place I have ever been in my life.

Wow, I can't believe we rent from the same management company! I've had no problems with getting maintenance requests answered or issues with the office at all. Yeah, parking isn't the greatest sometimes, but it's a city street with free public parking... of course it's going to fill up fast, that's hardly anything Lee Street has control over. They've never been anything less than helpful when I've had any issues, especially after that Denise woman left. I think people are just carrying over anger at her to the current staff which isn't fair. When I was at the office dropping off some paperwork I witnessed a tenant that came to the door "on the attack" over something that in my opinion was a minor maintenance issue that the office was not even aware of... the tenant was very rude and downright nasty. If the office staff has to deal with people like that all day, everyday it's no wonder if they feel they have to go on the defensive. Whatever, they've been nice everytime I've called. If they've ever been rude to you maybe it's because you were rude first. I think they're great and I'm not going anywhere anytime soon!

Obviously the one who wrote this review is from the staff, otherwise why would he spend his time defending the staff instead of telling the truth. most likely it is the nasty woman mentioned above.
