Terrible Management

There is no management at this building. Nothing gets done. They lost my rent check twice and ignored a complaint about ants in the apartment.
The building is like a dorm building. It's dirty and it smells bad. I've ridden the elevators with peoples trash, beer cans, and on one occasion, vomit. The noise is terrible, as there is NO isulation. Even after two noise complaints to the office about our neighbors, nothing was done.
Maintenance is slow, as they are not ever onsight, and the only timley repair was when we called the emergency maintenance number on the website.
Laundry Room and Elevators are frequently not working properly.
There are other buildings in the area. Live in them.
