I lived here and wish I had not. The previous person is right about hearing the people above you. The person above me would blast loud music 24/7 and despite numerous complaints to management they never did anything about it. I ended up having to move out bc I could never get a good nights sleep. I the ceiling was so thin, I heard the person above me having sex all the time, talk about nasty! Maintence requests took forever to get a response. I had the stomach flu and my toilet backed up ( in a one bathroom apartment other places consider this an emergency)and they never came until the following day after I finally demanded to speak with the manager.
