I have been a resident at Algonquin for over three years. I was forced to transfer to another apartment and pay more rent. I was a little concern about the transiton especially since the new management came in. Shanasha is a great Manager and although there was delays in the renovation due to construction she was very pleasant to speak with and resolved my problems. I was shocked to read from another subscriber that they were not happy but I think the new staff is much better than Habitat. I have referred three of my friends from the university.
I am very happy with the renovated apartments!!!

This review is abviously done by a manager of the apartment building, because those are stock photos from off the website of the staged apartments. Everyone that lives in these building knows that the management staff is HORRIBLE, and uncaring toward all people that live in these buildings. YOU ARE A FRAUD, STOP WRITING REVIEWS ABOUT THE BUILDINGS THAT YOU MANAGE. BTW Shanasha is a horrible manager, she'll argue with you any chance she gets.
