Overall the apartments are nice and well kept. It should be noted however that the gates around the low rise apartments are often broken allowing anyone to come into the dark and wooded community area. Maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful, but the management office themselves can be a bit difficult. It can be really hard to get into (I was lied to on several occasions by the employee who is in charge of new applicants) but once you are in it is a great place to live. Also when we had an apartment reserved for us it took weeks for them to finish background checks etcetera.
