I lived at Atrium as a Teen, it was a well kept and very beautful area. The residents were very nice and neighborly.
When I had children I returned and there was definitely a big change from the upkeep of the property, to the staff in general.
The professionalism of the Management staff leaves a lot to be desired. They can be very rude.
The low rise buildings used to be cleaned on a daily basis by the janitorial staff, now you are luckly if it is cleaned once a month. It takes several calls to get any work done on the apartments. The patio doors in the low rise apartments have been there since they opened in 1978 and are in need of replacement which they will not do.
The parking supposed to be for the residents but I have seen the businesses in the area with stickers and also a few preferred others who park their cars and leave the property.
It definitely is time for a managerial change.
