For the past 5 years at this building, I have had nothing but good service, good manners and reliable maintenance. It is a shame that only the bad be spoken about, and not the good....Well, It's my turn to tell you that this is a great building in a great location that is extremely affordable. About the manager, he is only doing his job. Be what it may, but a manager is a manager, and if done properly, like Ross does, you will not be dissatisfied.
