When I looked at this building, I also was disappointed and not very well treated. I also thought it was dated and needed much help and smelled of cat urine in the hallways. I also saw a roach on the wall, disgusting.

Once again - this post is for 426 W Belmont (BELMONT HARBOR APARTMENTS) and not Bel-Harbour Condominimums. its a shame the people dont have the guts to use their id's here, but a simple IP check would clarify where all these "bad reviews" are coming from.

Yeah, really. What's with trying to throw shade on a CONDO building? There is no way the reviewer could have "looked at this building." Available rentals are not advertised outside the building, and management keeps the public areas immaculate. If you saw anything deplorable inside a unit--incredibly doubtful since pests have been very rare in this building--that shouldn't reflect on the condition of the whole building. This is another attempt by someone connected with Belmont Harbor Apartments to deliberately slander another building's reputation.

This post must be incorrect. I recently looked at a couple of units in this building and I was very impressed. The property manager at Bel-Harbour is one of the nicest guys I have ever met and the common areas could not possibly be any cleaner. Either this post is in the wrong place or this person is simply lying.
