I have no idea what the others are talking about. I ave been living here since Fenruary and my experience has been EXCELLENT. The staff at the front desk and even the leasing agency is very helpful and responsive. All maintainance requests that I have ever had have been handled the same day. The leasing office even wrote a new lease for me when I decided to switch to a non furnished apartment from the earlier choice of a furnished one. The hotel lobby and interior is world class. You have to see it to believe it. The maintainance is excellent, and parking considering it is Lincoln park is not bad. The location is as good as it comes- very close to shopping, restraunts, bars, clubs. I have NEVER heard my neighbours, so it is very quite and nice. A great place to live- I could not have asked for anything more.
