While the lobby is gorgeous, and the apartments are okay (though a bit small for the $), the staff here is the worst part. In particular, the sales staff will tell you anything to get you to sign. I had asked for a 10 month lease, and was told to just sign a 12 month lease (they don't offer 10) and they would find someone to take my lease after 10 months. Of course, 10 months later they claimed their promise to find a replacement tenant was only valid if they were "fully occupied" at the time, and since they had other open apartments they would not show mine until all ohters were filled. This is just one example of the general attitude that the tenant comes second at the Belden Stratford.
