This place is the pits - the lobby is gorgeous but the front desk staff treats you like dirt (if they even acknowledge you, that is). And, despite the sales pitch the bellman don't help you with anything at all - they're too busy working the hotel guests for tips.
ALSO everything costs extra (despite being run down). Meaning, the awful gym with worn out (and never serviced) machines is extra, the laundry room is a profit maker, storage is extra, cable is extra, Internet is extra, parking is extra, however the rude attitude of Timothia at the front desk is ALWAYS free and in available in abundance.
Imagine living in a hotel room sized apartment with minature fridge, oven, and sinks, with worn out carpet, teeny-weeny bathroom, and cheap cabinetry THEN imagine paying dearly for the priviledge; then you would be picturing the Belden.
Be VERY AFRAID!!!!!!
