These apartments have been rennovated or so they claim...but they didnt update any of the pipes (which constantly break causing water damage, water shut-offs with no way to shower or do dishes, and sometimes no heat since it is hot water/radiator heat). The elevator is a death trap. The motor is so loud it keeps you awake at night, it often gets stuck on a floor or just decides to not work at all. I have been here for much of the construction and while they are getting better they are no way the "luxury" apartments they claim to be. They do not have a parking lot and forget about finding street parking. They have no storage, no amneties at all...the kitchens are so small, you can hardly turn around in them. Theyve had a very huge problem with roaches which they do get the exterminator in monthly to get rid of them, but it doesnt seem to take since hes always back the following month due to tenant complaints. They are close to the Lake which is nice, but thats about all I can say for them. Also, many of the common areas such as laundry room or hallways are dirty. AND oh, almost forgot, tenant keys are not secure so if you know where they are...you could get into anyone's apartment. NOT SAFE.
