Belmont Harbor Apartments

I love this place From: jojo1413 Date posted: 11/15/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I currently rent at Belmont Harbor. The staff is friendly, helpful, and readily available. The only problem I have come across is that sometimes there is excessive newspapers laying around the mail box area.
