The only reason I am on this site again is because I had an email in my inbox from this site stating that there was a new review. Out of curiousity I decided to check it out. To be honest I can not believe how rude and obviously unemployed and lonely some people must be to sit and write so many rude comments. Probably the same loser again and again. I absolutely loved living at Belmont Harbor and whenever a problem however small or big arose, Denise was right on it. Maybe for some of the haters you may want to step back and think about what you put out in the world you get back. You treat people right and you get treated right back. The apartments are nice... the hardwood floors are in good condition and the bathrooms and kitchens are updated nicely. If you want to live in extreme luxury make some money and buy a condo on Lakeshore Drive. Otherwise, stop complaining. It is not a perfect world and if you choose to live in an older building then one must expect to have a few glitches from time to time. If one can not hang with that then move to the Gold Coast and catch a clue. Stop sweating the small stuff!! It is not a perfect world and life is what you make it. Hopefully the pics I posted show up... so future tenants can see how beautiful an apartment at Belmont Harbor can be.

Seriously Dude... if you think Denise could write something like that, then you don't know Denise. A Denise would not be dishonest like that. B its to well written to come from Denise. C Everything said there is true, Denise may be alittle abrupt some times but she treats her tenant very well. Your probably just mad because you can't pay your rent on time...
You need to check yourself before you accuse

You know what's funny? There's a whacko out there that has nothing better to do than slam every positive review of this building. I wrote a review last year, and someone (I'm sure it was the same guy) was all like, "I don't remember any newlyweds moving out because they bought a condo." Dude, if hated your time there that much, that's great! You posted your opinion. Now shut the eff up! (though you are very entertaining, so maybe you should keep posting, lol.)

If you loved this building so much and thought the building manager was so wonderful, why did you only give the building a 3 out of 5 rating??? You gave the building a "C" grade - proves how screwed up these reviews can be.

Loved living in the "big city"...have lived in many besides Chicago. But really LOVE living in "podunk nowhere" in my 5,000 square foot home and my millionaire fiance... Life is wonderful!! Oh and Rock On Denise...keep up the good work!!
