I have read some of these reviews and thing that the bad ones are malicious and someone has an ax to grind with Denise, the building manager. For someone to allege that thy will move because of her is just absurd. She watches this building like a hawk and I like that. I want a very attentive manager as apposed to one whom doesnt care. I also have been living there for 2 years and dont see drug dealers, or prostitutes or roaches, so I agree with the below review, are you sure you are in the right building or just smoking funny stuff, cause this building is diverse with professionals, students and the hip crowd, but a classy crowd, for rent is not cheap here and thus there is no undesirables here to the best of my knowledge. I think most people are great. This is a great location with a totally update units having hardwood and black marble and new kitchens, I think this is a great place. I had a few maintenance issues and they were promtly taken care of. Also, Denise does not live in my unit, so whom cares if you like her or not. I go about my business and she is great as far as I'm concerned.

I haved lived here for three years know with my family. It is a great place to live!! We wouldn't of stayed here for so long if it wasn't. Denise is a great building manager and I am tired of reading the reviews that says she isn't. She is very nice and helpful to the tenants. If their is a problem with your apartment or the building she takes care of it right away. So for those of you who complain about her grow up!!! She is awesome. The builing is great, location, and the neighbors are very friendly. It is a great place to live.

I agree. Denise is great. Does a very good job. But what the previous reviewers mentioned is also true. There IS at least ONE prostitute in the building, and yes cockroaches are still here.
