I was also asked by Denise to write a review and am happy to do it. I think the location is fantastic. The building she told me was remodeled just a few years ago and they continue to make all sorts of updates and improvements. Love those glass vessel bowls and new shower heads as well as kitchen faucets that they installed after I moved in. They did not have to do that but they did. I have a very pretty black marble bathroom and wood cherry trim throughout my apartment. I like the various amenities that they offer here as well. The only problem is parking, but thats life in the big city as most buildings dont have any parking. Though I was able to lease a parking spot in the adjacent building when I do need the car, otherwise I take the bus everywhere, which is right out the front door. Its cool neighborhood with many trendy and upscale people my age and all other ages. I do appreciate the free fitness center and free business center and the free BBQ grill up on the roof deck. Its nice to have the vending machines as well for those moments when I want a snack and dont feel like running out. I read many of the reviews below and I dont agree with the negative ones as Denise I think is just doing her job and watching out after everyones interest without taking sides. I love the vintage lobby, its classy and chick. I have no issues or complaints whatsoever. Will be happy to renew upon lease expiration. All is good :) :)
