AS I GUY, I WILL SAY, THERE ARE NICE CHICKS LIVING HERE. AS A RENTER, I WILL SAY THAT I'M GLAD I'M HERE. ITS PERFECT CITY LIVING AND ITS AFFORDABLE, CLEAN AND I LOVE MY BLACK MARBLE BATH AND CHERRY TRIM AND DOORS. FEELS LIKE THE RITZ A BIT.
