Reading some of the bad feedback, I think some of you have an ax to grind over every little thing but fail to realize that life is not perfect nor is any property. This is by far the best building that I have lived in, without a doubt. Look at everything that this building has to offer and we are not paying Loop rents. Lets get with it people. Look at the free fitness and business center. Free roof top deck with a BBQ, vending machines and all new laundry equipment. If you need to count your quarters, you should not live here for rent is cheaper elsewhere. I give this place an A .

I've never felt the need to respond until now. Loop rents are less expensive than this neighborhood. Yes, its a popular neighborhood, and one of the best buildings on the block, but with the competition, is it that surprising? I am living here, and the prior comments that keep turning up are true. This is certainly not a luxury apartment, unless you compare it to other buildings nearby. The fees are outrageous ($50 a month to have a dog?!) You can rent across the street at the Belmont House, a much more luxurious and safe building, for the same, or less, and receive much better care. For those of you who say "so why don't you leave?" There are things called leases, which are hard to get out of, and the fees to sublease here are one of those outrageous fees.

Yes I agree this place is a joke, and trying to get out of anything here would be impossible because of the property manager. STAY AWAY she is a flake... I love the users comments, the business center is never open during the stated hours and the computers are slower than a turtle....the fitness center, half the equipment doesnt even work properly, vending machines....come on the product in them is all expired and they charge outrages rates for the products in there...$3.00 for a soda???? $2.00 for a flippin candy bar or chips that are expired....how can you call these ammentities??? More like a smoke screen as to what this place really is A roach motel conversion...as soon as my lease is up I am outta here, this place is the worst place I have ever lived, and the biggest mistake I have ever made in choosing to rent...Dont be suckered in to this place take a real good long look at everything here before you sign and you will be able to see...its a joke...
