After much searching, I found a place that accepts pets! This apartment is ideal because there is a lot of green space for a pet close by. My one bedroom had a ton of natural light which I loved. Also, the property manager is a gem! She was very attentive to any problems that arose.
The rent was a little pricey but there were plenty of closets! The bathroom was a tad small but adequate.
I would definitely recommend this place to other people.

Well if it's so awful, then get the f*ck out!!!! Sick and tired of hearing people whine all the time. Go live in a walk-up accross the street!!! Why don't you? Probably because the do NOT have an open deck, do NOT have a fitness center, do NOT have free fax/internet/copy machine for the tenants, do NOT have video surveillance, do NOT have a property manager on site. And with everything those 3-4 floor walk-ups do NOT have they will still charge -----ton of money cause this is Belmont by the lake. So if Belmont Harbor is such a dump, then go ahead and move accross the street, you will be lucky to save a whole 50 dollars a month!! It's a good building. There's no luxury here, but it's a good one!

Love this building and location. I couldnt find anything better in this area for the $$$$$.
