I have been here for 3 years and cant say enough good things about this building, its location and all that it offers. I think you can look and look and unless you want to pay double living in the Loop, this Lakeview building with transportation at the front door is as good as it gets. Its pet friendly and all units are luxurious and remodeled. Manager on site at all times and is super friendly. I referred a friend here and he is happy as well. Super building in all respects.

LOL what a joke stay away from this place it is a dump I used to live here. I got burglarized the within the first week of living there. Not to mention the other issues for example massive misrepresentation on their part. Apartment sizes are not actual sizes, measure for yourself and you see their so called 750 square foot apartment is barely 500 sq ft. It was actually 505 sq feet I know because I measured it. Not only that the apartment manager is very unprofessional!!! Her grooming habits also leave a lot to be desired. My advice move to the west loop its much nicer, thats where I live now. People are lot friendlier too, and not so stuck up!

I do not move in to buildings to smell the armpits of managers you sicko. Did you smell her butt or just her dirty toes ? This building is awesome.
