I've been here for 4 years and love this place. Its an amazing building in a great location. Manager a bit retarded, but what do you expect, a PhD candidate managing buildings. Its well maintained with cleaning and full maintenance staff on had daily. All of my issues are addressed promptly and accurately. Its pet friendly which is even more of a plus. I love the free business center and fitness room. The roof top deck with a free BBQ is awesome. Parking is a -----, but its the city, what do you expect ' Bulding was totally rehabed 4 years ago and amazing quality. Love my kitchen and hardwood floors. A
