This is a fantastic building in all respects. The manager is a flake and does not bathe but once per month, so if you avoid kissing her, you will love this building. It is fully remodeled. Great looking apartments, with new hardwood flooring, new kitchens, windows, black marble bath, etc. I love my solid 6 pannel cherry stained doors, very chick and heavy, not those hollow junky type. I also have a pet, like many tenants here and it's only 2 buildings away from the lake and park. Cool people here. Gas, heat and water is included as well. I enjoy the roof top BBQ and lounge area and the free business center and fitness is a strong plus for me. I will definately renew here but hope they get a new manager, she's too weird and does not fit the building profile. My maintenance issues were few and far in between, but were timely and promptly addressed.

I have been a tenant for over a year and I enjoy living at 426 Belmont. I have never had any problems with the Building Manager. She always has an opened door to her office and as stated, maintenance issues are fixed immediately or as soon as possible. I never thought about kissing any Building Manager, why would a tenant want to do that or even think about that? I have sat in the Manager's office to pay rent, make building requests and I have never smelled anything but the sweet smell of Hershey's Chocolate candies offered free to all that want some! This is a great building with old world charm and modern updates, it is kept cleaned by a great cleaning person and any repairs are made by a superb maintenance man! None of this would be possible if we did not have a good Manager!
