Well, not sure where to start. My parents found this building for me after searching for two months and using 3 apartment rental agencies. My parents are very picky and wanted something very nice and special for me, but not too expensive, close to the lake and since I go to DePaul, I wanted to be around Lakeview. Well, after 7 months, i must report that this building has met all of my expectations. Cool people live here and its pet friendly for my cat Bobo. They charge a nominal pet fee, but its normal I hear. I love my apartment and I love this location. I think its a great building and I'm trying to talk one of my girlfrinds to move in here as well as I plan on staying here untill I'm done with graduate school. It's a great location and the rent is very very reasonable for what one gets. The people that I met here are happy as well. Seems like one big happy family here. Everything is new and well kept here. Love that gym and top notch Precor equipment you find in clubs but its free here.

I like the Belmont Harbor apartments too. So many fun and good looking people. Men and women. The building is well maintained with a great maintenance man and a Manager that meets everyone's expectation and more! They both work 6 days a week, many hours and make sure that that each tenant is taken care of when a work order is placed. Both the Manager and the Maintenance man deserve a BIG raise and more respect from the tenants!
