I've lived in Lakeview and around for about 12 years now and have rented several apartments. I think this building is the best that I have lived in in this area unless you pay 50% and yeah, you might find something better. A better one bedroom would cost $1800.00 further south. So until I will possibly buy my own pad one day, I think this building is as suitable as it will need to be for me.
