The building is basically not that bad. It's not perfect but it's not a piece of crap either. Most of the tenants are quite friendly. The gym is a joke (not as advertised) but you can at least lift weights. Don't expect to cross train on cardio equipment b/c it's broken--OFTEN!!!!

Been here for 1 year now and there seems to be some serious tenant nonsense going on with regard to folks setting trash bins on fire! Lots of people have suspicions as to who the culprit is but have not been able to prove it. The most recent fire was quite serious, in my opinion. In other words, the flames were BIG! The horrible stench of smoke still lingers.

I urge the owner to act swiftly and urgently to rectify the problem he (we have) has with the person(s) starting real fires in this building. If he does not, there will be a mass exodus before the year is over!!!!!!!!!!!
