We have lived at the Belmont for almost two years. We are currently considering moving to the suburbs to be closer to our families. The Belmont House is absolutely wonderful. All utilities (and cable) included. The building is immaculately kept and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rent is reasonable for the city, especially considering the ammenities and the location. This is the first apartment that we had that feels like a home!
