if you are one of those people that doesn't like to venture outside, consider the belmont house.

you can pretty much take care of all your basic needs in and around the building, and if you work at home, it may be weeks before you go out in the winter...however, if you love the outdoors, you're in luck-across from the lake (literally), parks, and a great neighborhood to enjoy.
belmont staff are quick to fix things and make your stay easy.
